Load-in Hours:
Saturday, May 17 – 8:00AM – 5:00PM (Mandatory for all sponsors)
Sunday, May 18 – 8:00AM – 12:00PM

If you have not arrived to the venue and checked-in by 12:00pm on Sunday, you risk forfeiting your booth. All exhibitors must be set and ready to go no later than 12:30pm on Sunday! The loading dock door will close promptly at 12:30pm in preparation for the show opening at 1:00pm.

All vendorsmust check-in at the Bear Lot marshaling yard first to pick up a dock pass, before proceeding to the loading dock. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED ONSITE! YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE LOADING DOCK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DOCK PASS.

• Pipe and Drape on back (8ft) and sides (3ft)

Unfortunately there is no moves out on Sunday you must attend both days in order to participate in the event! By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and consent that Squire holds exclusive rights for booking and appointment platforms/software during the event. No other booking and appointment platforms/software, aside from those explicitly authorized by Squire, are permitted to partake or be endorsed on the premises. Non-compliance with this stipulation will result in immediate expulsion from the expo floor.
