2025  Barber Grammy’s Timeline for 

 

Submitting and Voting 

February 1- March 1 = Video submissions  

• Google form with personal information to be filled out first.  
• One video per person 
• Barbers can only be nominated for one category. 
• NO VIDEOS will be accepted after the deadline under any circumstances! 

March 4 = All videos will go live for voting 

• Videos can be shared on barber’s social media as well as links to the voting platform. 

March 4- March 24 = Voting to narrow down all submissions to 

the five finalists 

 

March 25- April 17 = Voting to choose the winner for each 

category of The Barber Grammy’s 

 

May 4 = Winner’s announced live at the 5th annual Barber 

Grammy’s 

 

 

2024 Barber Grammy’s Rules and 

Regulations 

 

1. Video submissions are not to have promotional information. This includes having copyright and royalty free music in the background. All submissions with non-royalty free music will be flagged.
2. There is to be no swearing or derogatory language in your 

video. 

3. Please limit video submissions to 2 minutes or less. 
4. Video submission and voting ends at midnight at the end of 

each timeframe. 

5. Videos are intended to inspire people to vote for you. Tell 

people who you are and why you deserve to win. 

6. There will be a link to your video as well as the voting platform 

that can be shared to help you promote your self and get the 

word out about voting. 

7. A barber can only be nominated for one category. 
8. A person can only vote one time for each barber through the 

entire competition. 

9. Votes are kept throughout the entire process. They do not 

reset. 

10. If you are a finalist and only if you are a finalist, you will 

receive an invitation for yourself and ONE guest to attend the 

Barber Grammy’s. 

11. Anyone is welcome to purchase tickets to attend the Barber 

Grammy’s. They are available at www.ctbarberexpo.com  

12. If you receive an invitation, please respond as soon as 

possible. 

13. Please arrive to the event no later than 8:30pm. 
14. When you arrive go to VIP check in.

Voting Process

🗳 First Round: Voting for Finalists

April 6, 2026 – 9:00 AM EST: Voting Begins
April 26, 2026 – 11:59 PM EST: Voting Closes

All submitted videos go live for voting.
Videos can be shared on social media along with links to the voting platform.
This round will narrow down all submissions to five finalists per category.

🏆 Final Round: Voting for Winners

April 27, 2026 – 9:00 AM EST: Finalists Announced & Final Voting Begins
May 17, 2026 – 11:59 PM EST: All Voting Closes

Public voting determines the winners for each category of The Barber Grammy’s.

Winners will be announced live at the 7th Annual Barber Grammy’s on June 6, 2026.

Barber Grammy’s Rules & Regulations

Please review each category for specific award rules.

1. No promotional content in video submissions.

3. Video length must not exceed 3 minutes. MUST BE IN A COMPRESSED FILE (Have your videographer compress it into a smaller file size)
4. All deadlines are final. Submissions and voting close at midnight on the final day of each phase.
5. Videos should inspire people to vote for you.
6. Each video will have a shareable voting link to help with promotion.
7. A barber can only be nominated in one category.
8. Each person can only vote once per barber throughout the entire competition.
9. Votes carry over throughout the competition and do not reset.
10. Finalists will receive an invitation for themselves and one guest to attend the Barber Grammy’s.
11. Anyone can purchase tickets to attend at www.ctbarberexpo.com.
12. Finalists must RSVP as soon as possible.
13. Arrive no later than 8:30 PM on event day.
14. Finalists must check in at VIP upon arrival.
